William Tell

Set in the 14th Century, the story takes place during a time when European countries are competing for dominance within the Holy Roman Empire. The Austrian Empire, driven by a desire for expansion, launches an invasion of Switzerland, a tranquil and pastoral country. The main character, William Tell, once a peaceful hunter, is compelled to act when his family and homeland are endangered by the tyrannical Austrian King and his merciless warlords.
