What’s in a Name
Vincent, a prosperous real estate broker, is invited to a dinner hosted by his sister Elizabeth and her husband Peter, both academics residing in Paris. Also attending is Claude, a childhood friend who plays the trombone in a symphony orchestra. During the gathering, Vincent shares the results of a prenatal check-up for the child he and his wife Anna are expecting. The name they have selected for their future son deeply offends the other guests for various reasons. This sparks a heated argument, leading to the inevitable resurfacing of past grievances and long-buried secrets.
