After a night of revelry at an abandoned river creek, the mood quickly shifts for the reserved teenager Reece and his companions. What begins as headaches and emotional turmoil soon escalates into a horrifying dash back to civilization, as a grotesque virus starts to afflict the most susceptible among them.
