In the midst of winter, set between the cities of Tehran and Winnipeg, Negin and Nazgol stumble upon a stash of cash encased in the icy pavement and brainstorm ways to retrieve it. Meanwhile, Massoud guides a perplexed group of tourists on a progressively bizarre tour of Winnipeg’s historical landmarks.
