The Symmetry of Love

Alex, a young journalist, unexpectedly crosses paths with Kyle, a charming architect unaware that his ex-wife, Elizabeth, has returned to town following the death of her wealthy, elderly Parisian husband. Elizabeth resumes her work as a psychologist and begins treating a new patient, Richard, who is anxious about his intimate relationship with Jane, a reserved librarian with secretive interests. Jane enjoys online conversations with Enzo, Kyle’s closest friend. Richard funds his therapy sessions with earnings from his job as a mariachi chocolate vendor in supermarket promotions, while he awaits the publication of his novels. One of these novels recounts the story of his former girlfriend, Alex.
