The Muse

According to legend, when a human man falls for a mermaid, she gains the ability to walk on land; legs that can take her far away from the man she enchanted… But what happens to the man when her enchantment lingers, yet she has vanished? Edward Dunstan (played by Ben Whishaw) is a photographer and filmmaker fixated on his muse (portrayed by Kristen McMenamy). Consumed by his intense passion and quest for perfection, he failed to see her true self, leading to her departure. Now, all he has left are the endless loops of photographs and films of her. It is only now that he realizes what she went through. With nothing else remaining, he must become both the creator and the inspiration…
