The aspiration to ‘Take the Leap,’ whether through legal means or otherwise, has captivated millions. To combat the massive scale of illegal stowaways and human trafficking, specialized police forces have been established. In 22nd century London, this force is known as the Inter-Planetary Migration Administration (IPMA). The clashes between IPMA units and smuggling networks are ruthless, especially for those caught in the crossfire. Jacob Reiss, a dedicated yet jaded IPMA detective with 15 years of experience, encounters a prostitute linked to a cartel.
