The Christmas Spirit

Charlotte Hart, a prominent journalist, is enjoying the holiday season with her family when a real estate developer presents an intriguing proposal to their quaint town. Doubtful and eager to uncover the truth, Charlotte sets out to confront the developer directly. However, during her journey, she suffers a severe car crash and regains consciousness in the hospital, only to find her body in a coma while her spirit remains alert. She encounters another spirit, who turns out to be the avaricious developer, also in a coma due to the same accident. With just a few days remaining before the town’s vote on the development, Charlotte faces the daunting challenge of swaying the developer and the community, despite being invisible and unheard. Can she make her presence felt?
