The Amusement Park
An older man embarks on what he anticipates to be an ordinary visit to an amusement park, only to find himself trapped in a living nightmare. [Created in 1973, “The Amusement Park” was initially commissioned by the Lutheran Society as an educational piece on elder abuse and ageism. However, they decided against releasing it due to its unsettling nature. Thought to be lost, a copy was found in 2018 and later restored in 4K by IndieCollect. The film eventually premiered in 2019, two years following Romero’s passing.]
