Five years ago, David’s world fell apart when his young daughter was tragically attacked. The emotional aftermath shattered his marriage and cost him his job. Overwhelmed by guilt and sorrow, David distanced himself from his former life, taking a low-level position as a security guard and merely going through the motions, his emotional scars hidden but not healed. It would only take a small trigger to reopen those wounds and overwhelm him. During a routine security check, David stumbles upon a young Serbian girl hidden in a truck. Her sister and other girls have been killed, victims of a sinister human trafficking operation. She begs for his assistance, offering David a chance for redemption. This time, he is determined to protect the young girl who trusts him. However, David is up against a formidable adversary, with the odds stacked against him and danger looming. With the support of a counselor from a women’s refuge, David sets out on a life-or-death mission to rescue the girl.
