Jane adopts a new identity by donning a monkey costume, seeking to escape a harmful relationship. During this journey, she meets Roy, a radio show host battling suicidal thoughts, who offers her a chance at liberation. Together, they embark on a road trip in Roy’s Airstream, devising a scheme that might fund their fresh start but also risks imprisonment. Meanwhile, Jane’s domineering partner, Wade, is determined to thwart her quest for independence.
