In a fresh arranged marriage, an unconventional couple finds themselves living in a cramped Mumbai apartment with walls so thin they might as well be paper. They share an awkward solitude. The unpredictable Uma struggles to manage the sweltering heat, her complete inexperience with household chores, intrusive neighbors, and her clumsy husband.
