Ties That Bind

Allison McLean, a seasoned and resilient detective based in the suburbs of Seattle, balances her demanding career with her roles as a mother and wife. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she and her partner are forced to arrest her brother on charges of aggravated assault. His subsequent conviction and imprisonment leave his two teenage children at risk of entering the foster care system. Faced with this dilemma, Allison decides to welcome them into her home, resulting in her taking on the responsibility of raising four teenagers.
