The Challenge

In each Challenge, a variety of contestants from previous seasons of Real World and Road Rules face off against one another. The only exception is the Fresh Meat Challenge, which features new participants who have never been on either show. These contestants are split into two teams based on various factors, such as gender, the show they originally appeared on, or their status as veterans or rookies. The teams then engage in a series of missions to earn rewards and progress in the competition.
