Plastic Memories

After not passing his college entrance exams, 18-year-old Tsukasa Mizugaki is given a job opportunity at the prestigious SAI Corporation, famous for creating and overseeing Giftia, androids with human-like emotions. Tsukasa is assigned to the terminal service department, where the primary task is to retrieve Giftias nearing the end of their lifespan, a department that is somber in every aspect. To complicate things further, Tsukasa is paired with Isla, a female Giftia whose only duty until now has been to serve tea to her colleagues.
