Scarlet Heart: Ryeo is an adaptation of the Chinese series Bu Bu Jing Xin. It features IU as a modern-day woman who is transported back in time to the Goryeo dynasty. There, she finds herself entangled with a large royal family, where several princes are competing for the throne, her love, or sometimes both.
