Ascension

In 1963, the United States government initiated a secretive space expedition, dispatching a large group of men, women, and children on a hundred-year journey aboard the starship Ascension with the goal of colonizing a distant planet. As they near the halfway mark of their voyage, almost 50 years in, the enigmatic murder of a young woman stirs doubt among the ship’s inhabitants about the real purpose of their mission.
