Ritual

Years ago, Tom was deeply in love with Lovely, and they shared a blissful marriage, albeit briefly. However, that was in the past, and the present is starkly different. Lovely has just committed a murder in self-defense, killing a man who attempted to drug and abduct her at a motel. In her panic, she reaches out to Tom for assistance. During their escape, they stumble upon a VHS tape showing a woman being killed in a satanic ritual. Eager to flee, they leave the scene, but Tom realizes he left his personalized lighter in the room. Upon returning to retrieve it, they discover that the corpse has mysteriously vanished.
