Two carefree stoners are thrust into the year 2016 after indulging in a classified strain of marijuana developed by the CIA in 1986. Having skipped three decades of their lives, these now aging and heavier buddies rely on their simple zest for life to readjust and navigate the complexities of the contemporary world.
