In the ancient water city of Alto Mare, Ash, Pikachu, and their companions embark on a mission to thwart a duo of thieves lurking in the city’s canals and narrow streets. They are joined by two legendary Pokémon siblings, Latias and Latios, who act as guardians and defenders of the Soul Dew, a valuable artifact with enigmatic abilities.
