No Dead Heroes

Abandoned in Vietnam, Lieutenant Cotter falls into the hands of KGB villain Mitovitch, who uses him as a test subject for a mind control microchip. Transformed into a soulless assassin, Cotter becomes a deadly weapon. His fellow officer, Lieutenant Sanders, embarks on a mission to find him, first in Cambodia and then in El Salvador, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake.
