New World Disorder

A quartet of cunning criminals, headed by Kurt Bishop (McCarthy), is on a spree, stealing high-value computer chips from various factories. One night, they target Dynaphase Systems, where two corrupt employees are working late, using company resources to create a lucrative security microchip. The unhinged Bishop storms the Dynaphase facility and manages to download the mainframe data before the employees can fully delete their project. Realizing the worth of the partially erased information, Bishop becomes determined to obtain the complete chip design, stopping at nothing to achieve his goal.
