Peker Mengen secures the position of mayor in a secluded town by promising a visit from the prime minister and the town’s elevation to provincial status. When the townspeople hold him to his word, Mengen uses his unique tactics to convince the prime minister to come. After seeking advice from his team, Peker organizes an elaborate welcome event. However, when the event spirals out of control, the small town of 5,000 unexpectedly transforms into a nation at odds with America. As Peker, his reluctant wife Mualla, and his advisors work to fend off America and tackle the challenges of founding a new country, they even enlist the help of an alien to accomplish their objectives.
