Jojo Rabbit

Set during the waning days of World War II, this film follows a young German boy named Jojo, whose world is turned upside down when he discovers that his mother is hiding a Jewish girl in their home. As Jojo grapples with his blind nationalism, he is guided by his imaginary friend, a whimsical version of Adolf Hitler, played by the film’s director, Taika Waititi.
