Saya Toma, portrayed by Erika Toda, is a brilliant detective with an IQ of 201. Her partner, Takeru Sebumi, played by Ryo Kase, is a seasoned detective with an impressive track record. Together, they tackle cases by hypothesizing the unique abilities, or “SPEC,” of mysterious criminals, which they then unravel to apprehend the culprits. A perplexing incident arises when several bodies are discovered on a ship at sea, prompting Saya Toma and Ryo Kase from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department to investigate and crack the case.
