Yi-Hwan, portrayed by Lee Min-Ki, is an ex-professional baseball player whose career was derailed by his involvement in game-fixing, leading to his downfall. Sang-Ha, played by Park Sung-Woong, is a gang leader who operates a loan shark business and a gambling den. He forces Yi-Hwan to work under him. During this time, Yi-Hwan becomes romantically interested in Yeon-Soo, a bar owner, played by Lee Tae-Im.
