Feeling Better

A man finds solace in his hospital stay, living a worry-free life. Despite being hospitalized for an extended period, he views this as an ideal existence, shielded from the outside world’s responsibilities and troubles. While some of his fellow patients feel confined, he experiences a sense of unparalleled freedom. This serene routine is disrupted when a new patient arrives in the ward. She is a fiery and discontented presence, rejecting the status quo and the unspoken rules of their environment. Unwilling to bide her time, she is determined to either improve her situation or leave, even if it means facing dire consequences. Her intense energy initially overwhelms him, but eventually, he begins to embrace the inexplicable change she brings. This encounter leads him to understand that confronting one’s true emotions and desires leaves no room for retreat.
