Kip’s seemingly ideal life is thrown into chaos when the waitress he’s casually involved with dies unexpectedly in their motel room. In a panic, he seeks help from Marvin, a childhood friend with a reputation for being a failure, to dispose of the body. Marvin agrees to assist, setting off a chain of events that strains their friendship and drives them both to commit acts of violence they never imagined they could.
