The film centers on Claire, a compassionate individual who dislikes the constant need to uphold the law, and Jay, a frustrated Traffic Officer who finds his job to be an ideal way to channel his anger. Both characters, driven by feelings of hopelessness and isolation, cross paths and embark on a stormy relationship. Through their connection, they ultimately discover that love has the power to bring about redemption.
