Edge of Madness

In the winter of 1851, a young woman teetering on the brink of insanity stumbles into a fort in Manitoba’s Red River Valley, confessing to the murder of her husband. She is detained in a cell, where she spends the following months sewing, as Henry Mullen, the local prefect, conducts an investigation into her claims.
