Dragon Ball: the Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans

Dr. Raichi is among the few remaining members of the Tuffle race, who once inhabited Planet Plant until the Saiyans arrived. The Saiyans annihilated the Tuffles, seized their advanced technology, and took over the planet, renaming it Planet Vegeta to pay tribute to their king. Raichi narrowly escaped using a capsule and sought sanctuary on the Dark Planet, a remote world located at the universe’s edge. His sole desire is to eliminate the surviving Saiyans.
