J.W. Garrison, who leads a clandestine division within the United Nations, uncovers a plot by a terrorist group headed by the ruthless Oliver Maxwell. Their plan involves creating a bomb laced with the anthrax virus, intended for use in the United States. To thwart this threat, Garrison enlists CIA agent Zack Hamilton, who assembles a trio of stunning women: CIA trainer Kim Taylor, photographer Victoria Carrera, and actress Eva Kirov. Disguised as fashion models, they infiltrate the terrorist cell to locate and neutralize the bomb before it can be deployed.
