Condemned

Tired of her parents’ constant arguing, wealthy but discontented Maya (Dylan Penn) decides to live with her boyfriend, who is illegally occupying a dilapidated building in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Surrounded by neighbors who are addicts and societal outcasts, this already grim environment hides an even darker secret: a virus, spawned from the accumulated toxic waste and filth, begins to spread among the residents. As they fall victim to this horrifying disease, they are transformed into violent, bloodthirsty murderers, turning the building into a brutal scene of carnage.
