Set in 1986, the story follows Henry, a troubled teenager grappling with his sexual identity and a difficult home environment. While sitting in his closet, overwhelmed by thoughts of ending his life, a sudden burst of light transports him to the year 2016. There, he encounters Ben, a teenager who now resides in Henry’s old room, three decades later.
