After being abducted, Kate Walker regains consciousness to discover she is confined in a tiny room. She soon learns that she is not alone, as there are nineteen other captives in the same predicament. Pursued by sinister entities, the group must unite to navigate the infernal maze and withstand the relentless attack. The film features performances by Leah Rose (Dust), Ryan Schaufler (Chasing Life), Adrienne Rusk (The Trouble with the Truth), Matt Ukena (Dark Nemesis), and Tom Lodewyck (Petty Cash).
