Carnival Night 2, or 50 Years Later

The director’s reinterpretation of the classic New Year’s comedy offers a fresh take rather than a direct replica of the original. The story unfolds amidst the holiday chaos at the same cultural center where the New Year was celebrated half a century ago. This venue is now named after Ogurtsov and is managed by Mr. Kabachkov. Among the staff are the spirited Alyona Krylatova and the young Denis Kolechkin. Alyona actively resists the bureaucratic and self-serving antics of Kabachkov, with Denis supporting her efforts.
