Costica, who is jobless and lacks direction, decides to run for president out of frustration from being underestimated, with the aim of claiming his neighbor’s parking space. Unbeknownst to him, he is being used by the political party, which is intentionally aiming to lose the election so they can continue their corrupt activities and embezzle state funds.
