Assassins Revenge

The towering buildings of New York shine like festive lights on a Christmas tree, yet beneath the surface, the city is plagued by rampant corruption and violence. Following a high-speed pursuit through the urban landscape that results in the death of his partner, Detective Frank McMillian (played by Michael Madsen) chooses to pursue justice on his own terms. After leaving the NYPD, he adopts the persona of “The Enforcer,” a masked vigilante who dispenses his unique form of justice under the cover of night.
