In a crumbling Los Angeles plagued by social turmoil, environmental collapse, and a rampant drug crisis, the city descends into a state of indifference and animosity. Milles Carpis, portrayed by Robert LaSardo, finds solace in a group of modern-day hippie friends who steer him away from violence after the murder of his beloved. As he grapples with this tragedy, Milles is forced to confront his most formidable adversary.
