Helios

Notorious fugitive “Helios” and his accomplice have seized a stash of uranium, intending to manufacture weapons capable of mass destruction. Their goal is to negotiate a deal with a terrorist group in Hong Kong. Leading the charge to thwart this threat are Chief Inspector Lee Yinming and Inspector Fan Kaming, who head the Hong Kong Police Force’s Counter Terrorism Response Unit. They are joined by a high-ranking Chinese official, a professor of physics, and two South Korean weapons specialists, all working together to avert a potential global catastrophe.
