Heart of a Dragon

This film follows the journey of a police officer who sacrifices his aspirations of circumnavigating the globe to look after his intellectually disabled brother. When the brother unwittingly becomes entangled in a criminal altercation, he is abducted as leverage to compel the officer to surrender a police informant.
