The Diary 2

In this follow-up to the 1999 film “The Diary,” the story successfully captures the ambiance of the 1930s, set against the backdrop of the interwar period in Paris and London. The plot centers on Anna (played by Lila Baumann), who hires Dr. Cristina Inger, a female doctor, to treat her paralyzed husband. To afford the medical expenses, Anna performs as a stripper and engages in prostitution at nightclubs. Eventually, her husband recovers but finds himself falling in love with Dr. Cristina.
