In this 1990 horror-comedy sequel directed by Frank Henenlotter, the story continues to follow the bizarre and twisted lives of Duane Bradley and his deformed, formerly conjoined twin brother, Belial. After surviving their previous ordeal, the brothers find refuge in a secluded mansion inhabited by other unique individuals with similar deformities.
