In a quaint mountain town, Sam, who appears to be a polished and sophisticated real estate agent, is actually a disturbed and unstable alcoholic hiding a sinister secret. Her life begins to spiral out of control when a charming man named Peter arrives in the area. Meanwhile, Peter, under the orders of his influential and mysterious employer, Mr. Lock, sets his sights on an older colleague of Sam’s, Brenda, to extract information.
