Amos Nachoum is celebrated as one of the most exceptional underwater photographers in history. His fascination with Earth’s most intimidating creatures has led him to develop a distinctive method that allows him to come face to face with them. Throughout his career, he has swum alongside crocodiles, killer whales, anacondas, and great white sharks. However, one formidable predator has always remained out of his reach: the polar bear. Now, after spending forty years exploring the wild, Nachoum is resolute in making one final attempt. As his adventure progresses, he reflects on the series of life events—from challenging family dynamics to the traumas of war—that have brought him to this remote corner of the world.
