Stressed To Death

During a heist at a high-tech convenience store, an EMT encounters two casualties: a pregnant woman and a man who has been shot but is still breathing. When forced to decide whom to assist first, the wounded man urges her to prioritize the pregnant woman, and she complies. However, as she returns to help the man, the robber kills him. Now, a decade later, the man’s widow, Victoria, is plotting her vengeance for her husband’s murder.
