Professional boxer Tommy “Little Dog” Ross, once the frontrunner for a Championship Belt, experiences a spectacular breakdown during a match and abruptly leaves the ring. Fast forward five years, and we find him leading a life marked by self-sabotage. When a video of him involved in a bar brawl surfaces, it reignites the interest of his former adversary, Rico “Havoc” St. George, who challenges him to a rematch for the title. Tommy faces the challenge of silencing the clamor from his assertive family as he contemplates whether to return to boxing.
