While on separate holidays in a quaint American town, Elwood and Nora, a pair of Santa’s elves, get an emergency message that sets off a chain of life-altering events for them and the world. With the assistance of a kind-hearted young girl, they embark on a mission to lift the town out of economic hardship and guide the misbehaving children back to good behavior. As their bond deepens, they learn about the boundaries of their magical abilities, the real essence of Christmas, and the happiness that comes from aiding others.
