Andy is facing a series of troubling issues. His parents’ bodies are hidden in the closet, the basement is a scene of gruesome chaos, and he’s plagued by terrifying nightmares each night. The root of his troubles is his sister, Carrie, a deranged individual who operates a small enterprise where she kills people and turns them into pies. She coerces Andy into handling the grim tasks, ensnaring him in her crimes to use as leverage against him should he attempt to resist. Andy’s desperate efforts to escape her clutches seem promising when he meets Jessica and quickly forms a bond with her. However, Carrie is far from pleased with this development and is determined to reclaim control over Andy, regardless of how many lives she must take.
