A group of friends—Manao, Fah, Dao, and Krit—venture into an old Thai-style house that Dech has inherited, with the aim of restoring it using their skills. Manao, who has a passion for horror novels, is asked by her friends one evening to share some of the stories she has read. After recounting the fourth tale, which involves a young woman who was brutally assaulted and killed by three men and then buried beneath a “Takien tree,” a series of eerie events begin to unfold, mirroring the story’s grim events. Who among them will manage to escape the wrath of this vengeful spirit?
